What You'll Do

• Develop compelling technical content for bids and proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts and bid team members.
• Ensure alignment with brand, marketing, and client expectations, particularly for Government and Defence submissions.
• Contribute to win themes, messaging, and case studies, ensuring their integration into written and graphic content.
• Review submission requirements and ensure compliance with formatting, criteria, and deadlines.
• Support bid workshops, kick‑off meetings, and post‑submission content management.

What You'll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, procurement, or equivalent experience in a bidding environment.
• Proven experience working with technical SMEs to tailor content, with strong proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; Adobe Suite experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with Defence‑specific bids and frameworks such as ASDEFCON and MSP IWPs is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication, organisation, and time‑management skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
