Job summary

Eaton is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead end-to-end development of complex, multi-product bids involving prefabricated and integrated electrical solutions. You will coordinate inputs from factories, product lines, estimators and commercial teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant proposals.

The role acts as the central integration point across distributed teams, ensuring alignment of technical solutions, pricing and delivery strategies to maximise win probability in large‑scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in bid management for complex, multi-scope bids.
• Exposure to prefabrication, modular construction, or integrated systems is desirable.
• Understanding of electrical systems (MV/LV, power distribution, switchgear).
• Familiarity with estimating practices across product lines.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and submission of complex prefab and integrated bids.
• Manage bid timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate inputs from factories, product lines, and engineering teams.
• Consolidate estimates from different product groups into a single offer.
• Work with estimators to develop accurate pricing.
• Ensure proposals articulate the integrated solution and delivery models.
• Oversee technical documentation, compliance matrices, and commercial submissions.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Architects on bid strategy.
