Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Bid Manager to coordinate end-to-end bid lifecycle for major infrastructure projects from Australia. You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Legal, Product and Finance to craft competitive submissions, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance and quality.

In this role you’ll drive bid plans, stakeholder engagement, and process excellence, while exploring AI-assisted workflows to accelerate first drafts and improve win themes across regional projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bid, proposal, or tender management.
• Proven track record of managing high-value, complex bids (e.g., public sector, RFP, RFI).
