Alstom is seeking a dynamic Proposals Manager for a 12-month max-term contract in our North Sydney office. You will drive high-impact, client-winning bid submissions across the ANZ region, coordinating the full lifecycle from kickoff to final reviews and ensuring audit-ready governance.

You will lead cross-functional teams to craft compelling content that showcases our value, build a reusable bids library, and coach contributors to align on winning strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in bid management, proposal writing, or commercial operations.
• Deep understanding of public and private sector procurement processes.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven, client-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Shape bold, strategic messaging for bids across the ANZ region.
• Coordinate full bid lifecycle from kickoff to reviews and submission.
• Rally cross-functional teams to create compelling content aligned with client needs.
• Build and maintain a robust bids library with reusable content and templates.
• Coach contributors on persuasive bidding and senior stakeholder alignment.
