Job summary

The Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to build our BI capability from scratch. You’ll work in a small team, shape how data is used, and turn complex findings into clear insights for senior leaders.

You’ll be hands-on with data across departments, collaborate with data engineers, and develop Power BI dashboards and reports on Azure Data Lake, including AI-assisted analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in data analytics or related field.
• Experience analyzing complex or imperfect data and extracting insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape how the Victorian Chamber uses data by investing in a BI platform.
• Explore data across the organisation to uncover patterns and insights.
• Translate findings into clear business insights and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Collaborate跨departments with data engineers to ensure reliable data and governance.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports using Azure Data Lake and AI where appropriate.
