Job summary

Hassett Group in Victoria, Australia seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and visualisation across the organisation. You will gather requirements, analyse data, and develop insightful dashboards to drive decision-making and service improvements.

You will work with the Applications & Analytics Manager to deliver reports that support governance, external reporting, and continuous improvement. Experience with Power BI, SQL Server, and ETL enhances the role.

Qualifications

• Relevant BI experience including data analysis, reporting, and business analysis.
• Strong SQL and Microsoft SQL Server skills.
• Exposure to data governance, data quality, and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Monitor KPIs and provide reporting to support organisational outcomes.
• Maintain data integrity and resolve data quality and reporting issues.
• Support ETL, database, and data collection processes.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training on BI tools.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve data systems and processes.
• Ensure data handling complies with governance and data sovereignty requirements.
