Job summary

PepsiCo SodaStream Australia is seeking a Machine Operator (Level 2) to join our Knoxfield team. You will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor and support daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role offers a permanent full-time arrangement with a 06:30–14:30 day shift, opportunities for development, and a strong focus on sustainability and teamwork within a globally recognised brand.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of cryogenic fluids, high-pressure filling equipment, PLC and SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of Workplace Health & Safety and safe work practices.
• Previous warehousing or manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organised with strong prioritisation and time management skills.
• Physically fit to perform the role and remain flexible to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production equipment to meet quality and production targets.
• Build knowledge of filling line processes and equipment.
• Support daily production plans and minimise downtime.
• Monitor production output, quality and key performance indicators.
• Complete equipment and quality checks and report issues.
• Communicate production updates and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain Workplace Health & Safety, Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practice and 5S standards.
