Qualifications

• Proven beverage management experience in premium hospitality.

• Experience training front-of-house teams in beverages.

Responsibilities

• Own beverage category across two Bowral venues including coffee, wine, beer and cocktails.
• Manage ordering, inventory and supplier relationships; monitor costs and margins.
• Develop and refresh beverage lists aligned with concept and budget.
• Deliver beverage training for front-of-house teams and ensure RSA compliance.
• Collaborate with Owners, Operations Manager and Executive Chefs on menus.
