Moxy Hotels Sydney seeks a Beverage and Food All Rounder to support a vibrant, guest-focused outlet and energize our guest experiences. You will contribute to a dynamic team in a Marriott International property, delivering friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Beverage & Food outlet service and guest experience.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and high service standards throughout the experience.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and complete daily checklists with attention to detail.
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each interaction.
• Support the Beverage & Food Crew with general operational tasks.
• Build and strengthen relationships for future bookings and repeat visits.

• Assist with the B&F outlet service period, tending to our fun hunters and exceeding their expectations
• Let guests #playon throughout the complete food and beverage experience
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Support your Beverage and Food Crew in general operational tasks
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
