Job summary

Smartgroup is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to help employees of leading organisations maximise salary packaging and related benefits. You will guide customers through enrolment, uncover savings opportunities, and promote other Smartgroup products.

This role emphasizes building rapport, delivering excellent customer experiences, and achieving strong sales outcomes across phone and digital channels. A rostered shift from 10am to 6pm applies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to build rapport with employees from leading organisations.
• Experience in contact centre, banking, insurance, or retail sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with salary packaging enquiries and onboarding.
• Explain employee benefits and available solutions.
• Drive uptake of salary packaging and additional benefits.
• Generate referrals for novated leasing and other Smartgroup products.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences across phone and digital channels.
• Resolve customer enquiries while meeting quality and compliance standards.
