Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fermentation science or related field, or 2–3 years hands‑on fermentation experience.
• Ability to execute detailed experimental protocols with accuracy and consistency.
• Strong aseptic technique and laboratory safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Execute benchtop fermentation experiments at 7.5 L scale in support of R&D projects.
• Follow protocols, SOPs, and safety requirements for high‑quality execution.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and clean fermentation and related equipment.
• Record conditions, data, observations, deviations, and results in batch records or summaries.
• Apply aseptic techniques to prevent contamination risk.
• Troubleshoot processes and equipment; implement corrective actions.
• Develop, improve, and document fermentation protocols and JSA.
