The Reject Shop is inviting you to run your own store on the floor with a team of 10 to 15. You’ll be hands-on, involved in work, stock, service and standards, and you’ll lead by doing rather than sitting behind a desk.

• No prior discount variety experience required.

The Roster

No Sunday hours. Every second Saturday off. Three days off in a row every second weekend. Almost unheard of in retail, and it’s exactly what you’ll get here.

You

You’ve managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We’ll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.

What you get

From $31.11 base hourly rate (depending on experience) + penalty rates + overtime rates each week + bonus + 17.5% leave loading, and a real path forward as the business grows.
