Job summary

The Reject Shop Ltd. is seeking a hands-on store leader to run a retail outlet on the floor with a team of 10 to 15. You’ll manage daily operations, service, stock and standards, with no back-office desk. Sundays off and a predictable weekend pattern are part of the role.

From $31.11 base hourly rate (experience depending) plus penalty rates plus overtime rates, bonus and 17.5% leave loading, with a clear path forward as the business grows.

Qualifications

• You have managed a retail store or equivalent on-floor leadership.
• You lead by doing and mentor a team to meet service standards.
• Experience in fast-paced retail environments is a plus.

You’ve managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.
