Job summary

The Reject Shop Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to run a store on the floor with a team of 10 to 15. You’ll be directly involved in customer service, stock, and standards, leading by example rather than from an office. If you love being on the floor and guiding a team, this role is for you.

From $31.11 base hourly rate (depending on experience) plus penalty rates, overtime, and 17.5% leave loading, with real path forward as the business grows.

You:

You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.
