Job summary

The Reject Shop is offering an on-floor store leadership role in Adelaide. You will run your own store with a team of 10 to 15, handling day-to-day tasks across service, stock and standards, working hands-on rather than from an office.

You lead by doing, with no desk role, and you’ll grow as the business expands under a global operating model. The role includes a base hourly rate, penalties, overtime, bonus and 17.5% leave loading.

The Roster

You

You’ve managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.

What you get

From $31.11 base hourly rate (depending on experience) + penalty rates + overtime rates each week + bonus + 17.5% leave loading, and a real path forward as the business grows.
