Recruit Shop Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated allied health professional in Sydney to provide evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support to a diverse caseload of NDIS participants with complex needs.

You will conduct FFAs, develop Plans, deliver trauma-informed interventions and train families and carers while upholding NDIS compliance and thorough clinical documentation.

Qualifikationen

• The successful candidate will have NDIS Commission assessment at Proficient/Advanced/Specialist level.
• Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support to NDIS participants is essential.
• Strong FBA and Behaviour Support Plan experience; ability to manage complex presentations.

Aufgaben

• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA).
• Develop and review Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans.
• Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed interventions.
• Coach and train families, carers and support workers.
• Reduce and eliminate restrictive practices where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Commission requirements.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support to a varied caseload of NDIS participants with complex support needs.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments
• Developing and reviewing Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
• Delivering person-centred, trauma-informed interventions

About You

• Demonstrated experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support to NDIS participants
• Strong FBA and Behaviour Support Plan experienceConfidence managing complex presentations and behaviours of concern
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills
• Current driver’s licence, WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly regarded)
