Job summary

Hall & Prior Aged Care Group in Camden is seeking a clinician to deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support to a diverse caseload of NDIS participants with complex needs. You will conduct FBAs, develop and review Behaviour Support Plans, and provide trauma-informed, person-centred interventions.

The role involves coaching families and care staff, ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Hybrid/remote options may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support to NDIS participants.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA).
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support to a varied caseload of NDIS participants with complex support needs.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments
• Developing and reviewing Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
• Delivering person-centred, trauma-informed interventions
• Coaching and training families, carers and support workers
• Reducing and eliminating restrictive practices
• Ensuring compliance with NDIS Commission requirements
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• NDIS Commission assessment at Proficient, Advanced or Specialist level
• Demonstrated experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support to NDIS participants
• Strong FBA and Behaviour Support Plan experience
• Confidence managing complex presentations and behaviours of concern
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills
• Current driver’s licence, WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly regarded)
