Job summary

Community Solutions Apprenticeship and Traineeship Vacancies – Parramatta NSW is seeking a compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to work with individuals, families and support networks to implement Positive Behaviour Support plans that promote safety, choice and independence.

You will conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based strategies, complete Interim and Comprehensive PBS plans, and collaborate with families and allied health professionals while coaching and

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Developmental Education or related field.
• Registration preferably as a Core Practitioner.
• Experience developing and implementing PBS plans in complex settings.
• Strong IT, admin and organisation skills.
• A valid driver's licence and willingness to drive, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
