Everyday Independence is seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants across diverse settings, including homes, schools and community centres.

You will develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and access strong supervision, PD opportunities, and career pathways within a supportive, values-driven culture.

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor, Masters or Graduate Diploma) in a related field.
• Registration such as AHPRA (OT, Nursing) or SPA/AASW/BSPA depending on discipline.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Responsabilidades

• Work in diverse settings (homes, schools, playgrounds, community centres).
• Utilise assessment and intervention skills to support goals and NDIS funding.
• Develop and implement Function-based Behaviour Support Plans.
