Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment PTY is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our therapy and behaviour support team in NSW. You will provide behavioural assessment, intervention and capacity-building support to individuals and their networks in line with NDIS capability standards.

You will develop and monitor comprehensive behaviour support plans, collaborate with families and providers, and contribute to evidence-based practice in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Behavioural Science is required.
• Registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core level or above).
• Experience delivering positive behaviour support for complex needs.
• Trauma-informed and person-centred practice essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate in a team.
• Current Police/NDIS Worker Screening/WWCC and First Aid & CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioural assessment, intervention and capacity-building support.
• Develop interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with individuals, families and service providers to build skills and inclusion.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust plans based on evidence-based practice.
• Participate in a values-driven, continuous-improvement team environment.
