Job summary

Brilliant Life Services is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner for our Campbelltown clinic. The role involves conducting FBA, developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans, and delivering evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support within a multidisciplinary team across clinic, community visits and telehealth.

You will work in a hybrid, full-time capacity with immediate start availability.

Qualifications

• Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ID (Core/Proficient/Advanced)
• Experience delivering Functional Behaviour Assessments and Behaviour Support Plans
• Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
• Excellent report writing skills
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Working With Children Check
• Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• Collaborating with participants, families, schools, SIL providers and support coordinators

• Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation and case notes
• Travelling within the community as required

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Brilliant Life Services is a registered NDIS provider delivering high-quality Behaviour Support, Psychology and Occupational Therapy services across Sydney. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Campbelltown team. Our Campbelltown clinic is one of several NSW locations supporting participants through clinic appointments, community visits and telehealth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner who is passionate about improving the lives of people with disability while working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)

Essential Requirements (Mandatory)

• Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ID (Core, Proficient or Advanced)
• Previous experience working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
• Experience completing Functional Behaviour Assessments and Behaviour Support Plans
• Excellent report writing skills
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Working With Children Check
• Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Applicants without Behaviour Support experience or a current NDIS Practitioner ID will not be considered.
