Hanrahan Health is expanding its range of supports to include positive behaviour support. We are seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners in Bowral, of all experience levels, to join our multidisciplinary team and support NDIS participants and their families.
You will assess needs, develop person-centred plans, and deliver evidence-based strategies within home and community settings, with mentoring for less experienced staff and opportunities for career progression.
Hanrahan Health offers multidisciplinary therapy services across the lifespan – toddlers through to aged care. We work in a range of clinical settings including our beautiful clinic spaces, private hospital, residential aged care facilities, schools, homes and via telehealth.
