Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have provisional or full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
• Experience in behaviour support and inclusive education.
• Ability to analyse student data to inform practice.
• Strong collaboration with staff, families and external partners.
• Commitment to child safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observations to gather objective behaviour data.
• Analyse behaviour patterns to identify triggers and functions.
• Develop FBAs and BSPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide guidance to teachers on behaviour management.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, leaders and families.
• Support schools to implement trauma-informed, inclusive practices.
• Monitor and review behaviour plans using data.
