Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking casual OSHC Educators to join our team across Gymea and surrounding suburbs, with after school care duties and flexible 2pm–6pm shifts.

No formal qualifications are required, but experience with children is essential. Candidates may hold a Diploma or Certificate III in early childhood education or related certificates, and must be willing to obtain a Working With Children Card and Food Handling Certificate.

Qualifications

• No qualifications are strictly required but experience working with children is essential.
• Willingness to travel to different locations around your area.
• Must be willing to obtain Working With Children Card and Food Handling Certificate.
• Able to implement engaging, activity-based programs.
• 4-14 years age range experience noted in some roles.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervising primary school aged children in outdoor and indoor activities.
• Assisting other staff in engaging in programs that are fun and educational.
• Setting up outside of school clubs and activities.
• Offering a safe and secure environment.
• Liaison with carers and families.
