Randstad Education is seeking casual OSHC Educators to join our team, with roles across Ashtonfield and nearby suburbs. You can manage your schedule via our app and choose shifts from 2pm to 6pm, with discounts and a generous benefits scheme for casual staff.

No formal qualifications are required for some roles, but experience with children is essential or you may hold a Diploma or Certificate III. You may need a Working With Children Card and Food Handling Certificate, and referees are required.

Work close to home as a casual Randstad Educator, providing engaging and quality after school care with providers in your area. We are seeking unqualified and qualified OSHC Educators to join our team.

About you:

• No qualifications needed but experience working with children is essential or you will hold a Diploma or Certificate III in early childhood education, Certificate IV in Education Support, Certificate IV in school aged education & care, Certificate IV in Children's Studies 4-14 years. • Willingness to travel to different locations around your area
• Able to implement quality, engaging, and activity-based programs
• An understanding of the My Time Our Place Framework
• A willingness to gain your state based Working With Children Card and Food Handling Certificate
• Committed to Child Safeguarding and understanding of Mandatory Reporting responsibilities requiredWillingness to complete mandatory national child safety training
• Able to provide contact details for at least two most recent professional referees who have managed you and can speak to your ability to work with children (eg Director, Coordinator, Area Manager)

A typical day will include:
