Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking casual OSHC Educators to deliver engaging after-school care across Geelong and surrounding suburbs. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Certificate III in early childhood education and be willing to travel between sites.

Flexible shifts with a supportive app-based schedule are available now. Responsibilities include delivering quality activity-based programs for children aged 4–14, following safety guidelines, and maintaining strong teamwork across locations.

Qualifications

• OSHC educator roles require formal qualifications listed.
• Flexibility to travel between different locations within the Geelong area.
• Willingness to work temporary/part-time casual shifts.
• Ability to implement engaging, activity-based programs for children.
• Commitment to child safeguarding and mandatory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver after-school care programmes with engaging activities.
• Follow Randstad policies and safety guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team across multiple service sites as needed.
