Job summary

HR Partners is seeking qualified OSHC educators to deliver engaging after-school care close to home in Mornington and surrounding suburbs. Casual roles are available, offering flexible scheduling via an app and the chance to work across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Certificate III in early childhood education or related certifications, are willing to travel, and can implement activity-based programs within the My Time Our Place framework.

Qualifications

• Hold a Diploma or Certificate III in early childhood education, Certificate IV in Education Support, or related qualification.
• Willingness to travel to different locations in your area.
• Able to implement quality, engaging, activity-based programs.
• Understand the My Time Our Place Framework.
• Willingness to gain state Working With Children Card and Food Handling Certificate.
• Commitment to Child Safeguarding and Mandatory Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging after school care activities for children in OSHC programs.
• Deliver safe, quality programs in local schools and community settings.
• Follow state safeguarding guidelines and Mandatory Reporting responsibilities.

About you:
