Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking casual OSHC Educators to deliver engaging after-school programs in Mornington and surrounding suburbs. You’ll work close to home, choose your shifts via the Randstad app, and benefit from Paytime and exclusive discounts for casual staff.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Cert III in early childhood or related fields, are willing to travel locally, and can implement quality, activity-based programs while meeting safeguarding and mandatory reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in early childhood education or related certificates.
• Willingness to travel to different locations around your area.
• Able to implement engaging, activity-based programs.
• Understanding of the My Time Our Place Framework.
• Willing to gain Working With Children Card and Food Handling Certificate.
• Commitment to Child Safeguarding and understanding of Mandatory Reporting responsibilities.
• Willing to gain Victoria mandatory reporting training.
• Provide contact details of two professional referees who have managed you.

Education

About you:

• Hold a Diploma or Certificate III in early childhood education, Certificate IV in Education Support, Certificate IV in school aged education & care, Certificate IV in Children's Studies 4-14 years. If you don't see your qualifications listed, contact our team, we can advise.
• Willingness to travel to different locations around your area
• Able to implement quality, engaging, and activity-based programs
• An understanding of the My Time Our Place Framework
• A willingness to gain your state based Working With Children Card and Food Handling Certificate
• Committed to Child Safeguarding and understanding of Mandatory Reporting responsibilities
• A willingness to gain mandatory Child safety training and Victoria mandatory reporting training
• Able to provide contact details of two most recent professional referees who have managed you and can speak to your ability to work with children (eg Director / Coordinator / Area Manager)
