Qualifications

• Experience as Boner, Slicer, Slaughterperson or similar meat-processing professional.
• Strong practical knife skills.
• Good knowledge of beef cuts, anatomy and processing techniques.
• Experience in a commercial meat-processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Bone and trim beef carcasses to required specifications.
• Prepare and separate primal cuts while maintaining yield and product quality.
• Apply strong knife skills across high-volume production tasks.
• Inspect meat products for defects, contamination and quality issues.
• Maintain safe knife handling and hygiene practices.
• Follow foodsafety, halal processing and workplacesafety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with production and boning room teams.
• Maintain production targets and consistent product standards.
• Keep workstations clean, safe and organized.
• Adapt to established processing methods and workplace procedures.
