Solara Day Spa on Daydream Island in the Whitsundays is seeking a Diploma-qualified Beauty Therapist to step into a Spa Supervisor role. You will lead a team of therapists, deliver massage, facials, scrubs and wraps, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a paradise setting.

The role combines clinical skincare with leadership duties, daily operations oversight and stock control, with a package including a $40 hourly rate, bonuses, a vehicle option and subsidised accommodation, plus ferry

• Diploma qualified in Beauty Therapy.
• Experienced and confident in massage, facials, scrubs and body wraps.
• Mature, responsible and reliable.
• Confident communicator with good management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional massage, facials, body scrubs and wraps.
• Oversee the Spa and team of therapists.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Manage stock levels and stock control.
• Ensure the Spa is presented beautifully and operates to high standards.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Beauty Therapist / Spa Supervisor, you will combine your passion for treatments with your leadership and organisational skills.

• Delivering exceptional massage, facials, body scrubs and body wraps.
• Creating beautiful, relaxing and memorable spa experiences for our guests.
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Helping oversee the Spa and our team of therapists.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Spa.
• Assisting with team management and maintaining high professional standards.
• Managing stock levels and stock control.
• Ensuring the Spa is presented beautifully and operates to an exceptional standard.
• KPI & Performance Management: Monitor and achieve key performance targets, including sales, service performance, client retention and team productivity.
