Job summary

KAIA DAY SPA – SHERATON GRAND MIRAGE RESORT PORT DOUGLAS is seeking a Beauty Therapist for a full-time position. You will deliver massage, facials, body and beauty treatments to a five-star standard and support daily spa operations to ensure the highest guest experience.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in a 5-star day spa, with a Certificate IV in Beauty and a Diploma preferred. A competitive salary range plus superannuation and incentives is offered, along with opportunities for career

JOB ROLE: BEAUTY THERAPIST

WORK TYPE: FULL TIME

SALARY RANGE: $73,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation & Incentives

Above Award Remuneration + Retail Sales Commission + Incentives + New Certified Skills

We are looking for an energetic, committed and bright Beauty Therapist to join our team.

About You

• Your main role is provide massage, facials, body and beauty treatments to a five-star standard. In addition to attend to assigned operational daily duties, to ensure the spa operates at it’s very best.
• Homecare is an essential part of our business and your commitment to homecare for your valued clients, will be rewarded by an uncapped incentive program.
• You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a 5-star day spa environment.
• You will also hold at a minimum, a Certificate IV in Beauty, with preference being for those applicants holding a Diploma Qualification in Beauty.

You will be supported by a knowledgeable and experienced Spa Director, as well as a proactive and progressive Business Manager. Together as a team, we are seeking to drive the business forward.
