Job summary

Simply Elegant Beauty Salon in Strathpine, Queensland is seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our established, award‑winning team. You will perform treatments, recommend homecare, and drive retail sales while delivering exceptional client service.

Approximately 25 hours per week to start, with opportunities for more hours as demand grows. You will work Tue–Sat with one evening shift and Saturday availability, under the mentorship of the owner and a supportive, professional team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months industry experience.
• Sales experience is essential.
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and team‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform beauty treatments and client services.
• Recommend homecare solutions and treatment programs.
• Achieve retail sales targets and grow client relations.
• Build a loyal client base and contribute to salon growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Beauty Therapist who is passionate about skin, client results, retail sales and delivering exceptional service.

This role involves performing treatments, recommending homecare solutions and treatment programs, achieving retail sales targets and building long‑term client relationships.

You will be encouraged and supported to build your own loyal client base, increase treatment and retail revenue, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the salon. Approximately 25 hours per week initially, with the opportunity for additional hours as Client demand grows.

Our owner is highly involved in the day‑to‑day running of the business and works closely alongside the team, providing ongoing support, mentoring and training to help you achieve your goals and reach your full potential.

The salon operates Tuesday to Saturday, with one evening shift required each week and Saturday availability essential.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 12 months industry experience
