Sephora Canberra Centre is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an unmatched client experience in a fast-paced beauty retailer. You will drive selling culture, use data with the leadership team to grow the business, coach and develop staff, and energise the team to meet KPIs while upholding Sephora's values.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years' experience in retail/store management.
• Excellent client service and experiential retail.
• Experience in multi-site retail or big-box retailer.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and business skills.
• Hands-on leader on the sales floor; motivates and coaches staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available to work weekends and late hours.
