Sephora in Western Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a fast-paced retail team and delivering an unbeatable client experience. You’ll drive the selling culture, coach your team, and help grow the business through data-informed decisions.

You’ll energise the team to deliver first-class service, manage KPI performance, and partner with the wider Sephora group on brand events, training, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
• Hands-on leader on the sales floor.
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
• Available to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Use data with Store and District Managers to inform operational decisions.
• Drive selling culture and meet KPI targets.
