Qualifications

• Proven experience in product seeding or influencer marketing.
• Experience with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Proficiency with influencer platforms such as Traackr, Tagger or CreatorIQ.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end logistics and vendor relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across teams and seniority.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with influencers, creators, and industry tastemakers across L’Oréal brands.
• Coordinate seeding programs with brand teams and campaigns launches.
• Oversee production and dispatch with third-party suppliers, including gifting kits.
• Track performance with Traackr and other tools to inform future programs.
• Shape creator communities for long-term partnerships in Australia.
