L’Occitane en Provence is seeking a Beauty Host to join our Sydney boutique. You will be a brand ambassador, offering personalized skincare advice and creating memorable guest moments, including hand massages and consultations.

You’ll work with a supportive team, maintain pristine space, learn about our products and sustainability values, and participate in events. Weekend availability and a friendly, results-driven attitude are essential.

Formación

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Team player with a professional and energetic attitude.
• Interest in skincare or fragrance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature moments like hand massages and consultations.
• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane’s products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.

About the role:

As a Beauty Host, you are more than a Beauty Advisor – you are a brand ambassador, storyteller, and creator of memorable guest experiences. In this role, you’ll work as part of a supportive boutique team to deliver consistent, elevated customer service and contribute to boutique performance targets.

You will need to have flexible availability, including weekends.

About you:

• You have at least 1 year’s retail experience, ideally in skincare or fragrance.
• You are a team player, professional and results driven.

• You are respectful, positive, energetic and enthusiastic.
