Job summary

Kids Early Learning Centres – Beaudesert is a purpose-built, Reggio Emilia inspired centre. It features 6 studios, including the Reggiane and Belvedere loft spaces designed for exploration and imaginative play, with a supportive staff retreat and a team-focused culture.

We are recruiting 2 Diploma Lead Educators and 2 Certificate 3 Educators. You must hold Cert III or Diploma in Childrens Services and be available 4-5 days per week for opens and closes, with opportunities for development and

Qualifications

• Must hold a Cert III or Diploma in Childrens Services.
• Available to work 4-5 days a week including opens and closes.
• Familiarity with Reggio Emilia philosophy is advantageous.
• Knowledge of NQF, EYLF and QKLG is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take pride in the presentation of the centre.
• Work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.

Kids Early Learning Centres – Beaudesert QLD

Beaudesert Kids Early Learning Centre is a purpose-built, Reggio Emilia inspired centre. It is set to be a vibrant, engaging place where children can explore, discover, and thrive.

This beautifully designed centre boasts 6 amazing studios, each thoughtfully crafted to cater to the diverse needs and imaginations of children.

A true highlight of our centre is the Reggiane and Belvedere studios, both featuring magical loft spaces that are designed to encourage exploration and imaginative play. These lofts create exciting nooks for children to retreat to, read, or simply let their imaginations soar as they engage with the rich learning environment around them.

Beyond the studios, the centre is designed to ensure that both children and educators feel supported and inspired. The generous sized staff retreat provides a peaceful space for our dedicated team to recharge and collaborate. We are recruiting for 2 Diploma Lead Educators and 2 Certificate 3 Educators.

We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant!If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.

The successful applicantfor thisrolewill:

Take pride in the presentation of the centre

Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children

MUST hold a Cert III OR Diploma in Children's Services.

MUST be available to work 4-5 days a week for opens and closing shifts for the centre

Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children

Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy

Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

Show a clear understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
