Job summary

Kids Early Learning Centres Springwood is seeking a dedicated childcare professional to join our team. The successful applicant will support children aged six weeks to six years, contribute to engaging learning experiences and uphold high standards of care in line with EYLF and NQF.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience.
• Must hold a Cert 3 OR Diploma in Children's Services
• Willing to work 3-4 days a week between open and close of the service
• Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high-quality care for children
• Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
• Take pride in the presentation of the centre
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
• Show a clear understanding of the NQF, EYLF and if applicable QKLG

Springwood Kids Early Learning Centreis an Reggio Emilia inspired centre and is uniquely designed. It caters for 103 children a day aged betweensix weeks and six years,grouped into a Junior Wing for under 2's and a Senior Wing for over 2's. Fully equipped with their own learn to swim pool, children's cafeteria,food exploration laboratory and art space, Springwood Kids Early Learning Centrereally is the centrethatchildren deserve.

We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant!If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.

The successful applicantfor thisrolewill:

Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children

MUST have previous experience.

MUST hold a Cert 3 OR Diploma in Children's Services
