Job summary

Manly Pacific MGallery Collection in Sydney's Northern Beaches is seeking a Housekeeping All-Rounder to maintain immaculate guest rooms and public spaces, delivering exceptional cleanliness and presentation. You'll support day-to-day housekeeping operations, replenish amenities, organise linen, assist with laundry, and follow safety procedures, reporting maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining beautifully presented guest rooms and public areas.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs while delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
• Strong organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on housekeeping tasks.
• Valid Australian Working Rights / Visa is essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, public areas, corridors to luxury standards.
• Replenish amenities, linen and guest supplies with attention to detail.
• Support linen distribution, stock control, laundry coordination, and equipment upkeep.
• Assist with manual handling tasks including rollaway beds, cots and equipment.
• Manage uniform operations: distribution, laundering, repairs, inventory control.
• Follow hotel procedures for safe handling of chemicals, equipment, keys and guest property.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns and lost property promptly.
