Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. In this road-based role, you will take ownership of building new client relationships and strengthening existing partnerships within the civil infrastructure sector. You’ll spend much of your time engaging with customers on-site, identifying opportunities, and representing our company’s value proposition across Victoria.

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role suited to someone who thrives on relationship building, communication, and turning opportunities into long‑term business success.

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while working independently on the road
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Professional presentation and a customer‑first mindset
  • Full driver’s licence (this role involves regular travel to client sites across Victoria)
