Maxwell Collins Real Estate in Geelong is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our Property Management team, focusing on building relationships, winning new managements, and growing the rent roll.

You will be supported by an experienced Property Management team, enabling you to concentrate on securing new business and delivering exceptional client service while achieving growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or real estate positions.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Generating new Property Management business through prospecting and networking.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners.
• Conducting rental appraisals and presenting our management services.
• Following up sales leads and investor enquiries.
• Working closely with our Sales, Commercial and Property Management teams to maximise referral opportunities.
• Achieving growth targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
