Bathhouse Host/Attendant – Job Description

We’re looking for organised, customer-focused, and passionate Bathhouse Hosts/Attendants to provide exceptional service and support daily bathhouse operations.

This is a casual role, with a range of shifts available:
Monday – Thursday: 6 AM – 10 PM
Friday – Sunday: 6 AM – Midnight

Applicants must be available to work throughout the December and January holiday period, including the busy Christmas and New Year period.

As a Bathhouse Host, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy the ultimate wellness experience while assisting with the smooth operation of our bathhouse.

Warmly greeting clients upon arrival and providing assistance as needed.

Efficiently managing the check-in process, ensuring accuracy and promptness.

Facilitating bookings and reservations, via phone, email and in person utilising our booking system.

Addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance.

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the bathhouse facility, ensuring a pleasant environment for all guests.

Adhering to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and protocols to ensure the safety and well‑being of guests and staff.

Other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the establishment.
