Job summary

Noumi is seeking a Production Operator to join our fast-paced food manufacturing team in Sydney. You will operate and monitor batching and mixing systems, weigh ingredients to precise recipes, and ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring experience in FMCG manufacturing, understand food safety requirements, and are detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Forklift licensing is desirable, and collaboration with Operations, Quality and Engineering

Qualifications

• Experience in food/beverage or FMCG manufacturing.
• Experience operating batching, mixing or processing equipment.
• Understanding of GMP and food safety standards.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated batching and mixing equipment.
• Accurately weigh and prepare ingredients per recipes.
• Complete batching activities ensuring food safety and quality.
• Conduct product testing and quality checks during production.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and escalate as needed.
• Support production targets through efficient operation and problem solving.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality and Engineering teams to improve reliability.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure a clean, safe workspace.
