Noumi Limited is seeking a Production Operator for our fast-paced Australian manufacturing teams. You will operate and monitor packaging equipment, ensure products meet safety, quality and regulatory standards, and work with colleagues to hit production targets.

You bring proven experience in a manufacturing environment, a safety-first mindset, good attention to detail, and the ability to document batch records and production data.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production or packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Basic computer skills and experience completing production records.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
• Perform quality checks and follow GMP, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Support a safe and efficient workplace through equipment cleaning and issue reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and assist with troubleshooting.
