Job summary

Noumi Limited is hiring a Production Operator to operate automated batching and mixing systems within our food manufacturing environment in Sydney. You will weigh ingredients, prepare batches to approved recipes, and ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

You will also troubleshoot equipment and support continuous improvement with Operations, Quality and Engineering teams. Applicants with experience in food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing and a forklift licence (desirable) will

Strong attention to detail and commitment to following recipes and procedures.
Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience in food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing (desirable).

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated batching and mixing equipment.
Accurately weigh and prepare ingredients according to approved recipes.
Complete batching activities while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
Perform product testing and quality checks throughout production.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, escalating when required.
Support production targets through effective equipment operation and problem solving.
Work closely with Operations, Quality and Engineering teams to drive reliability and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate production records and ensure a safe, clean working environment.
