Job summary

Monde Nissin Australia is seeking a Production Batcher for our Eastgardens facility in Sydney. You will prepare ingredients, blend and pasteurise products, and run automated equipment to ensure safe, high-quality batches.

Qualifications

• Experience in food or beverage manufacturing, ideally batching, mixing or processing operations.
• A good understanding of food safety, hygiene and GMP requirements.
• Current forklift licence, and experience in forklift operation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes, procedures and production instructions.
• Good mechanical aptitude and interest in learning how automated manufacturing equipment operates.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate production records.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating batching, blending, pasteurisation, bulk storage and CIP systems.
• Preparing ingredients and producing batches according to recipes, schedules and specs.
• Monitoring processing parameters and performing quality checks for consistency and safety.
• Maintaining batching records, ingredient usage and traceability.
• Coordinating ingredient preparation to support production requirements.
• Identifying and troubleshooting operational issues and escalating faults as needed.
• Performing routine equipment inspections and basic asset care.
• Following safety procedures, HACCP, GMP and food hygiene standards.
• Collaborating with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams to improve operations.
• Participating in continuous improvement to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
