Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Moranbah Plant in Queensland is seeking a Batcher/Relief Agitator Driver to join our team. You will mix concrete, operate the front-end loader when needed, perform pre-start checks, and support yard duties while delivering high-quality concrete to customers.

Qualifications

• HR Licence required or equivalent.
• White Card or willingness to obtain.
• SAP batching system experience or willingness to learn.
• Experience ordering materials and maintaining stock levels.
• Assist in plant maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
• Strong customer communication and professional on-site representation.
• Good computer literacy and ability to follow processes.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Safety-first attitude and maintain a clean, presentable truck.

Responsibilities

• Batching of Pre-Mixed Concrete
• Allocating of customer jobs
• Operating the front-end loader (if licensed)
• Completing stock takes
• Performing pre-start checks
• Loading and delivering concrete as an agitator driver
• Yard duties including truck cleaning and site maintenance
• Supporting purchasing activities
• Adhering to safety and quality procedures at all times
