Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Batcher/Relief Agitator Driver at Moranbah Concrete Plant to deliver pre-mixed concrete and support batching operations. You will operate trucks, assist with loading, and perform yard duties, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The role offers overtime opportunities, 10-day training for new starters, and a mix of batching tasks, customer interaction, and occasional loader work.

Qualifications

• HR Licence or equivalent required.
• White Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience with batching systems or willingness to learn.
• Ability to order materials and maintain stock levels.
• Strong on-site customer communication and professionalism.
• Good computer literacy and adherence to processes.

Responsibilities

• Batching of Pre-Mixed Concrete
• Allocating of customer jobs
• Operating the front-end loader (if licensed)
• Completing stock takes
• Performing pre-start checks
• Loading and delivering concrete as agitator driver
• Yard duties and site maintenance
• Supporting purchasing activities
• Ensuring safety and quality procedures are followed
