Job summary

Randstad Australia is seeking a reliable Front End Loader / Batch Plant Operator to join a leading Australian construction materials provider in Queensland. The role blends heavy machinery operation with yard maintenance and day-to-day concrete batching operations.

You will safely operate a front-end loader, batch concrete to mix designs, allocate trucks, and handle plant administration. A strong safety mindset and team-first attitude are essential; training is provided for the right candidate

Qualifications

• Must hold Front-End Loader (LL) ticket (non-negotiable).
• Good computer literacy and clear communication skills.

Your Day Involves:

• Loader Operation: Safely operating a front-end loader for material stockpiling and yard maintenance.

• Batching & Dispatch: Batching concrete orders to specific mix designs and allocating trucks for smooth site logistics.

• Administration: Handling essential daily plant paperwork and computer inputs.

• Housekeeping: Ensuring general yard cleanliness and basic plant maintenance.

What We're Looking For:

• Mandatory: Current, valid Front-End Loader (LL) Ticket (non-negotiable).

• Skills: Sound computer literacy and well-developed communication skills.

• Safety & Culture: A strong commitment to workplace safety and a motivated, team-first attitude.

• Experience: Concrete or batching industry experience is highly desirable, but full training will be provided for the right ticketed operator.
