Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia invites applications for a Concrete Batcher role based at Stapylton. You will batch and load fleet for deliveries, engage with customers, and plan to maximise fleet productivity while ensuring quality standards.

The role requires a proactive team player willing to work six days a week with overtime; training will be provided, with additional certifications such as Front End Loader/forklift advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in batching and truck scheduling is preferred.
• Willingness to work six days a week with overtime.
• Full training provided for role.
• Pass Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening.

Concrete Batcher | Stapylton

Are you self-motivated and a team player? We have an opportunity for a reliable, committed and safety-focused individual to join our Team in Concrete Plant operations based out of Stapylton.

In your new role with us, you will:

• Manage batching and loading of Heidelberg Materials fleet for delivery to our valued customers
• Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
• Balance our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
• Engage with customers and respond to enquiries
• Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements

About us:

Heidelberg Materials Australia is a leading supplier of heavy building materials to the construction industry, through our network of over 300 quarry's, ready-mixed concrete plants, logistics and support operations.

Concrete batching or truck scheduling / logistics experience is highly desirable however not essential as training will be provided. This opportunity is a permanent full-time role and required 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday - with ample overtime and weekend work, in accordance with business needs.
